Yeast: The Rare Barrel Mixed Culture from Bootleg Biology.
Specialty Ingredients: Aged six weeks on hand picked Black Spanish grapes grown at Travis' Vineyard (Cleburne, TX).
ABV: 4.5%
IBU: ~5
